1. Pay attention to the pronunciation and not the accent.
2. Never read anything in a hurry.
3. Make an environment at your home or workspace and try to speak no matter how much difficulty you face or how many mistakes you make. After all, you learn from your mistakes.
4. Try to read quality novels, look out the dictionary and reach out for difficult words.
5. Try to understand the lines you are reading and try to improvise with the language and see if you can replace difficult words with easy and vice versa This helps in boosting confidence.
