I really appreciate his dedication and efforts for making me fit. I lost 10 kgs in just 2.5 months without starving. In addition to fitness training he shares diet plan which is easy to cook, time saving and result oriented too. I give full credit to Gaurav for my weight loss because he has been guiding me constantly throughout the sessions. If you feel you are a stubborn and can never follow a routine to stay fit, try Gaurav. He gives personal attention and keeps a track of your food and weight on a daily basis due to which you cannot cheat or lie to either yourself or to Gaurav. Yes he is strict, he is very very professional, but his strictness is for your own good. At the same time, he is very motivating too. If at any stage you feel like giving up, Gaurav, though being a strict trainer, will never let you down. That doesn't mean he will allow you a cheat diet, but the way he convinces you, motivates you is outstanding. I have never enjoyed workout like this before, after every few days he makes me do some new exercise. I always thought I am not an actress, am not a model, why would I need a trainer. But one will know the difference only when u have it. And I am glad I had Gaurav. Thank you for being so rude to me at times (coz lazy person like me calls for it ). I have never loved myself like this before. "

Hello,
Fitness can be defined in many ways. It can be physical strength, flexibility, endurance, mental strength, self-control, mind-body connection and just much more.
But most straightforwardly, Fitness can be defined as the capability of doing some task or completing a role.
For a bodybuilder, it can be 600lbs deadlift, but for an older adult, it can be playing football with his/her five years grandchildren.
For a marathon, runner fitness can be maintaining the oxidative system for 2 hours and for a sprinter it can be a play of super high-intensity blast of energy to cover a 100-meter run in 10 seconds.
So Fitness is how you see it.
