"This is a worst education platform. They cheat customer. I had registered my ward on 26 April 22 and I had registered my application for cancellation on 1 May. On 4 May they call me on pressurized me to attend the class for two days. I regularly deny them. I also said them by this I can't get my refund. They assured me that they refund me. But I after that I regularly contact them. All time they said that your complaint is under process. After one Month their representative Mr Shelki Tyagi called me and said me that they won't refund my money. After that their councillor Mr Rahul Sharma.assured me that my refund will be given to me in one or two days and I will get a call. But I didn't get any call. And Mr Rahul Sharma is not attending my call. They cheat me. They are cheater. They earn money by making people fool. This is their business. They praise about their site. But in reality their teachers didn't observe any activity in live class. They don't observe that any new child is attending the class. And either student's camera is on or off during class. I totally disappointed "

"They cheat the customer very well. After showing some rosy demo and commitment Extra marks sold this course to me. I have paid 13104 / order ID ORD26629 on 21 September 2020 but now my kids are not able to access ICSE content. They don’t have study material they sold to me. I have not received any bill for my purchased. I am sending the mail there is no reply. I ask for refund but no reply. "
