Hello all, myself Naveen and I am basically a software professional. Being a fitness enthusiast, I am a certified Yoga Instructor. I have hands on experience in lots of fitness activities like bodybuilding, kickboxing, yoga etc and teaching few activities too. I have been practicing yoga from the year of 2014 and teaching only 2 years back after a recovery from my injured lower back pain completely with the practice of yoga. What I teach: 1)Breathing Exercises 2) Yoga Asanas for general fitness, flexibility, specific requirements. 3) Pranayama for Weight loss, Increasing Immunity and breathing capability. 4) Meditation for relaxation, stress relief. 5) Few Hatha yoga Kriyas - This is mostly taught based on students need. Total course duration- 3 months with 25 hours/ month to see the complete physical, mental and spiritual transformation. In 1 month only, you could able to see lot of visible changes.
