I will explain this with two examples. 1. When we are ill, we go to doctor. He gives medicine for the illness. In addition, doctor recommends that we should take healthy diet and consume more fruits. We follow what is told by doctor and then we get well. The point to be noted is that healthy diet and fruits should be consumed even if we are healthy. Meditation/yoga are good for body and mind in any case. As healthy diet and fruits supported to make body healthy to recover fast in addition to the mandatory medicine. Similarly meditation/yoga can support body and mind so that we can concentrate on ourself. Let me explain this with other example. 2. We always think of success, future, money and dreams.But if we have a tooth ache, all our concentration is on recovering from the pain. Birbal told that the baaraat is going to Vijaynagar. The groom name is Natwar and bride name is Sudha. Their marriage was fixed 2 years back by their parents.
