Continuing on my educational journey, I transitioned to KLE College, where I served as a lecturer in Computer Science and Information Technology for one and a half years. It was during this period that I honed my pedagogical skills, refining my teaching methodologies and fostering a dynamic learning environment conducive to student growth and development. Driven by a desire to explore new horizons and embrace the freedom of independent teaching, I embarked on a journey as a freelance tutor, providing individualized instruction to students seeking to enhance their understanding of mathematics, science, and computer science. As the head of the department at one of the colleges where I worked, I assumed leadership responsibilities, guiding fellow educators and spearheading initiatives to enhance the quality of education. In my pursuit of excellence, I have always valued the traditional chalk and board method as a timeless tool for imparting knowledge and fostering interactive learning experiences. Each one-hour session is meticulously planned, with a focus on engaging students through hands-on activities, collaborative problem-solving, and thought-provoking discussions. While my teaching philosophy may eschew the use of digital aids, I recognize the importance of providing comprehensive notes to supplement classroom instruction and reinforce key concepts.
