Yoga is a holistic science that embodies the union of our physical, mental and spiritual health. Yoga as a practice encourages a lifestyle that focuses on balance, harmony, positive thinking and Now, after consistently practicing yoga for years, I have witnessed the shift in my mental clarity, flexibility, and physical strength. And while each practice is different, showing up to my mat offers me a chance to turn my attention inward, allowing me to create positive changes in my life off the mat too.

"A calm, gentle and skillful teacher. I have been to group classes with Nitisha and had one to one sessions with her too. I found her to be a gentle but effective teacher. The lessons are skillfully adjusted for all levels of ability and she helps you to work with your body's abilities. I found that the classes were the ideal balance between effort and relaxation, so when I finished a class I felt I had worked my body but never felt I had pushed it too hard. I always came away relaxed but energised. "

"Nitisha is an excellent teacher. Her classes are energising and fun. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. Her teaching is practical and non-dogmatic, with a real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for individual bodies. Not only is she able to effectively break down poses so that you understand its key components, she then masterfully brings it all back together in a sequence to allow for a truly embodied experience. Highly recommended! "
