I taught students from standard VIII to X English. I had to teach in 5 schools as these schools had tied up with Kotak Education to teach their students. It was really interesting as the students were from the Marathi community and we had a lot of challenges to teach them from scratch. However, we managed and some students started speaking English to our delight. Now I use that experience to help my students to achieve bigger results.

In 2019, I had a student who was failing in English. The family hired me for the challenge although a little late in the academic year. In the next exam, she managed to just pass. The following test she again failed. I had to come out with an innovative strategy to help her and it succeeded. To her surprise and her family, she got 71 marks for the Board exam in 2020. It was a superb finish and I am excited that if I could do for her, I can do for others.

Our partnership was successful as students improved in English and their grades. We also taught English to the teachers and methodology to them. It was a success.
