"Karen recommended really good asanas and stretches for me that helped me to relieve my neck pain. Karen focuses on correct posture while performing the asanas and greatly emphasizes on alignment. She also suggests the correct breathing pattern, which really changes the whole experience of the practice. I have been regularly doing the asanas and stretches recommended by her and also ask when I have any doubts, which she explains in a logical manner. She has also kept my age and health condition in mind and suggested variations, that keeps me even more motivated to practice regularly. Thank you Karen. "

Maintaining a correct posture and a healthy spine are of utmost importance to the corporate target audience given the desk culture. Hence standing and sitting (on a chair) asanas which focus on the all-round movement of the spine ( upward, lateral, torsion ) can be done, even wearing formals.
Movement of the joints ( especially shoulder, knee and ankle joints ) can be included along with the asanas, as these joints are also least used and hence tend to get stiff due to lack of mobility in them.
