"Karen's 1-1 sessions were clear, professional and tailored to our needs. She explained the poses step-by-step in a way that was easy to remember. She also gave different variations to each pose that we could adapt to our level of flexibility. Her style was professional yet felt approachable to ask any questions or doubts we had. She is clearly very passionate and dedicated to practising and teaching yoga. "

Maintaining a correct posture and a healthy spine are of utmost importance to the corporate target audience given the desk culture. Hence standing and sitting (on a chair) asanas which focus on the all-round movement of the spine ( upward, lateral, torsion ) can be done, even wearing formals.
Movement of the joints ( especially shoulder, knee and ankle joints ) can be included along with the asanas, as these joints are also least used and hence tend to get stiff due to lack of mobility in them.
