I am Jayesh Makhecha the Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Certified Yoga Trainer, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Sports Nutritionist from K11 Fitness Academy and Certified Functional Trainer & Cross Trainer from SCA India Academy.
As a Fitness Professional and a Yoga Trainer, I always believe in a Strength Training With Endurance and Flexibility, and be prepared for life with a holistic approach to proper nutrition and diet planning. I always help my clients by understanding their fitness goals with a comprehensive evaluation of their daily routine, diet, body type and intensity of training. On that basis, I help them prepare a practical fitness plan Consisting of Aerobic Workouts with the Holistic approach to Yoga and Power Yoga techniques with Dynamic and Active - Passive Stretches. That can help to achieve their goals easily and fulfilling the target. My training module has already helped more than 100+ people in these six years.
I am a Certified Professional Massage Therapist with more than 15 Years of Experience. I have been Practicing Many Different Massage Techniques including - Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Dry Massage (Thai Yoga + Shiatsu), Palm / Foot / Spine Reflexology, Sports Massage for Athletes, Martial Artist, Balinese Massage and Partial too. In these years I have had many Clients including Males (All Massage) and Females (Only Dry Massage).
