You can start with:
1. Few stretches & loosening of Joints like neck rotation, shoulder rotation, wrist rotation, make a fist & tighten your fingers and loosen it (this helps in relaxing & stress relief of upper body mainly hands are continuously used while on the computer). Waist twist while sitting on the chair, knee rotation and ankle stretch & rotation. To relax your eyes after every 30 mins look far away from your PC blink/close open few times.
2. After stretches, you can practice around 2-3 mins pranayama (breathing technique) like Kapalbhati (if empty stomach), Nadi shodan/alternate nostril breathing.
3. Lastly, 5-7 mins guided meditation or taking focus on breathing with eyes closed.
Tips:
1. Take 2 mins to walk after each hour to keep body active & mind relaxed.
2. Drink proper amount of water, stay hydrated.
3. Avoid junk (as we tend to eat on the desk while working) intake more fruits/veg salads (helps in weight control & bloating of the stomach).
4. In breaks wash your eyes & face with normal water.
All this, helps you to feel relaxed, stress-free, an immediate boost in energy & improve focus/concentration.
