Being a teacher is not an easy task. Teaching profession brings with it lots of responsibility and challenges. But there is nothing wiser than teaching. It is the way of motivating and shaping the character as well as future of a student. I teach mathematics since 5 years , I need to help the students in understanding the core concepts in clarity. In that way, I am able to push my students in understanding the basic logic concepts of subject and Excel slowly. I like to share one of the lot . There was a student who came to me just after his maths marks were distributed in class and he failed badly i.e he got a single digit mark. This person was very carefree and was not of the type who come to study. He just wand to pass the next test only because his teacher had warned him to thrash him next time he failed indirectly telling him to join his classes. This student did not like him to join his classes. This student did not like the teacher or subject or extra classes. The moment he was here, he was surprised seeing the students of his grade solve problems confidently and happily. I think this environment changed him for good and he started doing the home work very diligently. This person also started getting marks in test fairly well.
