Teaching Experience in detail in Nursery-KG Tuition

Firstly I got in this teaching process in 2012 when I completed my 10th. I scored above 90% it was a great start of my career. Then one day one of my neighbour asked me to teach his small daughter, she was in 5th std. As It was my vacation so I had enough time I accepted the proposal. I used to give any of my free time to her daughter. she performed so well in her exams that her fellow class mate parents started approaching me. now it was a tough for me to give every individual child a separate time. so then I merged them in a small group and It became all easy. now coming on my way of teaching. first 1 or 2 days I observe student strength and his/her grip on the subject so that I can start with a level, and of course interacts with the student. after that I starts with the topic taking each part from the beginning. and makes sure the child got it the way I wanted. The best part of my job which I love is that I also get to learn a lot. I tell you , I have also came across some students who are extremely genius for their age groups some times they also made me confused, but learning is a two way process. So finally I cannot pour down all my thoughts here, just give me a try.
