First, decide what you want to communicate and to whom you want to convey.
Second, if you want to communicate or discuss a particular topic to a group of persons/one to one interaction follow these steps
collect as many information as possible related to the topic you want to communicate.
Jot down the relevant key points which help you to make the opposite end to understand what you want to convey.
Use simple words/terms, which is understandable by the majority of the people.
Try to correlate the things interestingly related to the topic.
Make your communication interactive so that the opposite end is always curious/eager to know what you want to convey.
Finally, do not drag too much.

There are four categories of students in every class. They are intelligent student(scoring above 90%) above average student(scoring between 70-90%) average student(50-70%) below average students(scoring below 50%). good teacher focusses mainly on the below-average students because they need her assistance more in academics. This can be done by asking questions frequently to them. If they were not able to answer, make them understand the concept in the medium which they understand better. This will motivate them to clarify their doubts with you in a confident manner. Assure them that you are there to help them to overcome their academic difficulties.

We definetly need a whiteboard for handling students of grade 4,5,6,7. For solving Mathematics, we use a whiteboard for solving problems. For science, we use a whiteboard for diagrams, tabular columns, writing formulas, equations etc. For teaching languages, PPT can be used. Using of blackboard will be minimal in languages. In language, we use blackboard for explaining grammar as well as for writing hard words with their meanings for better understanding. Tutors can install the app, which allows them to use the teaching tools provided by the technology for the above purpose.
