I have always been passionate about being a lifelong learner, recognising that children are naturally curious about new things. I strive to stay in tune with the changing times and technology. Moreover, my decision to pursue teaching has been influenced by the exceptional teachers who have played a pivotal role in shaping my educational journey. Teaching is a highly social profession that demands creativity, passion, and a strong desire to excel, especially in delivering easily understandable content to learners.
Over the past eight years, I have been teaching Social Sciences to students in classes VI to VIII across various CBSE schools in NCR and Pune. Working in renowned institutions has allowed me to acquire diverse skills from these experiences. I am proficient in teaching English, EVS, and Hindi for classes from first to fifth. I am comfortable teaching individual students and groups, and my online teaching expertise extends to ages seven to thirteen.
My teaching approach involves developing detailed lesson plans that align with the learning objectives and cater to the specific needs of the learners. I emphasise interactive sessions that encourage maximum participation from the students. Additionally, I believe in integrating technology into the learning process by utilising interactive websites, audio and video podcasts, and captivating presentations that incorporate real-life examples from various aspects of society. Assignments and tests are integral to my teaching methodology to assess and reinforce students' understanding of the subjects. I strive to present concepts in a manner that is easily understandable to learners, ensuring that they easily grasp the fundamental principles.
