Please start doing meditation and basic pranayama for atleast 2 weeks in a pleasent place early in the morning. It's gets your body in control. Try getting Correct posture of vajrasana after that. In case of knee pain, do not use steps in any case. Do minimal walking for not more than 20mins per day. Avoid foods which aggrievate knee pain. Keep your legs flat on bed or using some support do not rest them on ground. Do not continuously stand for more than 10mins. Pls consult a doctor if it's severly... ...more

In general cases please follow these Do not use pillow while sleeping, lie down flat on floor with a mattress if possible. Use good branded backrest belt while walking/sitting. Do not bend forward in any case. Do some backward stretching and neck exercise after some days if you feel comfortable. Else... ...more
