Having over 19 years of teaching experience, worked as head of the computer science and engineering department from june 2005 and promoted to the position as vice- principal since 2014 @ vedavyasa institute of technology, malappuram, kerala nominated for prestigious kerala vidhya bhushan puraskar-best vice principal and educationist category for 2022-2023 academic year organized by gsf at hyderabad during may 2023. Awarded dr. Apj abdulkalam life time achievement award given by niti ayog- national institute for socio economic development in april 2021. Received sadhguru award by calicut university for best teachers performance achievement in 2014 and in 2008 –best teacher award given by vedavyasa trust. Area of interests include research in data mining , database management systems, software engineering, programming paradigms and language technologies. Published more than10 research papers in leading international journals and 6 papers in conferences. Organized sttp funded by aicte in the year of 2021 and fdp funded by apjktu in the year of 2020 and 2021.Organized 7 international conferences and 1 national conference. Acted an external academic auditor for dr.Apj.Ktu since 2021 and was an active member of pg board of study in dr. Apj.Ktu since 2018.
