Atoms do not participate in chemical reactions and are reluctant to indulge themselves in reactions and are uncharged. Atoms when gains electron/s or loses electron/s undergoes charge generation on an atom . Such charged species are termed as ions. A metal atom loses electrons and gains positive charge, which is called a cation and any element which gains electrons tend to have a negative charge which is termed as anions.
In solutions, cations and ions are in a free state bound by the electrostatic force of attraction and ions are responsible for reactions.

It is place to live with mulipmul followers of religion such as Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, etc. No rights or benefits can be deprived due to religion issues. Article stated in constitution promotes Fundamental right to have or follow ones own religion. No one can force you to follow a single religion as followed in Nepal, Sri Lanka, etc.
