IdentityAnita completed her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from Calcutta University in 2014 and is presently pursuing her Master of Science (M. Sc.) from Vidyasagar university.
Because of her fondness for academics, she always wanted to be a Teacher and thus, has been working as a freelance private tutor since 2010. Previously she used to only teach at home privately, but now she is teaching in a Tuition Center as well.
Being in this line of work since six years and handling all kinds of students, Anita believes that her teaching has the right approach (obtained from her mentor).
She understands that every student is different and has a unique learning curve. Her main focus as a teacher is to create stronger groundwork for her students. She will not move onto the more advanced elements of the subject till her students have the basics and core concepts at the tip of their fingers.
She always challenges her students to work backwards from the solution. This approach helps students remember the study matter with examples and be more confident about their answers.
Anita always teaches with a sense of purpose, and has clearly outlined objectives before every class. As a teacher, she has learnt too cope without receiving immediate feedback.
Mentoring is one trade, best served with a positive attitude, and as a Tutor she maintains full communication with the students parents and always expects her students to succeed in everything they do in life.
