Nitogen Fixation is a process in which nitrogen in the atmosphere is converted into ammonia.This atmospheric nitrogen does not easily combine with any other chemicals to form new compounds. So, the fixation process freeze nitrogen atoms from their triply bonded diatomic form. :)
