I worked with an international Yoga school in Rishikesh in 2012 and visited Moscow , Russia as a visiting tutor in 2012 Worked as a Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist in a well known Ayurveda Yoga Retreat center in KERALA Since 2013 established my own Yoga retreat center in Kerala and served hundreds of Western students and Patients in my center. I am well experienced to conduct group classes as well as individual therapeutic sessions. As i was trained in well known Yoga Ashrams and schools in India and initiated in many paths of Yoga with many Gurus i am capable to teach , train and treat any kind of students or patients by taking care of their individual constitution and needs.

The word YOGA means joining together or combining (union). In spiritual terms, we can say Yoga is the union of individual consciousness to universal consciousness. This so-called union or liberation is not the subject of a layman. Nowadays, Yoga is practising worldwide but not the whole practice as shown in classical scriptures like Pathanjali Yoga. Still, it is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga which is more emphasising Physical exercises like Asanas, breathing controls (pranayama) and Mudra, bandhas etc.
If one practices HATHA YOGA, he will attain physical, mental and emotional health includes STAMINA, ENERGY etc.
Practising Hatha Yoga with the guidelines of an expert master makes you perfect health.
