"It's been a month that I have joined online yoga classes with Radha Mohan Sir. I was diagnosed with disc bulge, calcaneal spur, plantar fasciitis and cervical. As it's been only a month I can say that my problems has started to heal slowly and I started feeling positive that my problems will vanish soon. He not only focuses on yoga poses but also on pranayams equally. Before teaching any yoga postures and pranayams, He explains in detail the purpose of doing it which helps me to understand it deeply. The best thing about Sir is that he will teach you each yoga pose correctly according to your problems along with that he also try to improve your daily life routines by giving small tips. Yoga practice can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, but it's unlikely to significantly increase your height after the age of 21. Height is primarily determined by genetics and the closure of growth plates in your bones, which typically occurs during late adolescence and early adulthood. While yoga can promote good posture and proper alignment, it won't lengthen your bones or promote substantial height growth once your growth plates have fused. If you're interested in yoga for its many other health benefits, it's a great practice to incorporate into your routine, but you should not expect it to make you significantly taller at that age.
