:- To achieve the target assigned within agreed quality & timeliness.
:- Independently manage recruitment for all hierarchy positions across all verticals.

Achieved 1st rank in umeed parivartan in the cultural event of IIM Calcutta management fest carpe diem 2016. Umeed parivartan was a social cause event in which we presented initiatives like making slum documentary, nukkad natak, no electricity hour in college, organised competition for slum children etc.
