It depends on what are you applying it for. If you're a student then you will proceed to submit the score and wait for the desired country's universities/institutions to give you an invitation for admission. Once you receive invitation you can book your Visa slot from home country and clear Visa interview and then Visa stamping and then you fly abroad.
