You can start applying for PR process for visa immigration. Academic students can apply to university of their choice. Ans then if they qualify for that score

If you're a student then you will proceed to submit the score and wait for the desired country's universities/institutions to give you an invitation for admission.  Once you receive invitation you can book your Visa slot from home country and clear Visa interview and then Visa stamping and then you fly abroad.

Well, Pradas, first and formost, there is no such phenomena as qualification for IELTS. Its a simple test which judges or assesses the proficiency of the candidate as far as the English language is concerned.

Now, IELTS certificate or the score card can be used for many purposes,namely;

1. Student Visa

2. Job Permit Visa

3. Permanent Residency Visa

4. Spouse Visa.

And, here onward, you follow the procedues required for the visa you are applying for based on, as mentioned earlier, your IELTS score card.
