Hello sir
I m himmat Patel from Surat Gujarat and I have done be mechanical engineering in 2015 yr so my gap is 4 yr but I have 1 yr training completed as a get so can I apply for Germany student visa?

Feels good to find someone sailing in the same boat, even I'm a mechanical engineering graduate from 2014 Batch and for your kind information, despite the gap year, German Universities are willing to welcome well educated youth for their masters program.
You just need to find the right colleges & be able to explain the reason for your gap and that would pretty much be sufficient.

Hi,
yes, you can apply for a student visa but you'll need to keep a few things in mind.
first, you need to clear your language exams.
second, you need to build a strong portfolio.
third, you should give them a reason for the gap.
you can apply for a student visa till 5 years after your latest education.
