The latest version is 13, but it is not available for sale in India yet. So the latest version availabe in India is Cambridge IELTS 12. All the books at one place https://amzn.to/2JquLO7
This simply means, that the highest numbered book is the closest to the current exam type. So when you practice, make sure you do practice from 9-12, as they will be the closest to exam type.
