Hi Parna,
An overall bandscore of 7 in IELTS is a fairly decent scoreand is accepted by almost all the universities abroad. However, if you preparing for IELTS to satisfy the PR requirements to some countries like Australia or Canada, it is advised that you aim for an overall band score of 7 and above along with bandscores of 7 and above in each of the modules, viz. Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
