I was not aware that L/R/W happens on one day and speaking happens on another day.
I got the venue details for 15th and the speaking test on is happening on 19th when I am out of station. Can I just reschedule only the speaking test or I can reschedule my entire test by showing my planned travel bookings.

This is a tough call....
You have limited options:
1. You will have to request for a change of date , they might change the date, but that will be chargeable. You will have to give a geniuine reason for this change.
2. You can change your travel plans...infact if this can be done it would be better.

Rashmi I am quite surprised that you are not aware of these very important informations, about IELTS Test! If you had gone for coaching classes, they would have informed you! Further, these information is available to the students, at the time of booking slots. You have not paid attention to the mail you received, as acknowledgment, after your fees was received.
It is possible to get the dates changed, by paying a penalty fee, and that too subject to availabilyt of seats on the next date you are planning to sit. There are some specific conditions wherein you can alter your dates. Please check them on the website thoroughly before making any more mistakes!
