Speaking loudly and being audible and not worrying about accent would be a great tip to start with. Also, it is advised to make it a conversation and to win the talk while allowing the examiner taking the lead. Keeping eye contact with the examiner and not being monotonous, expressing emotions can help you much if you do not understand a question or a vocabulary you can ask for clarification. The trick is to keep calm and be relaxed.
Most of the questions will be about personal experiences, and there'll be some you've not had. Some are also about theoretical issues/concepts you're not familiar. One way to handle this question is to assume yourself in the situation and express your views.

Yes, you can avail fully funded scholarship if you have scored 7 in IELTS, but there are other criterions as well such as your percentage in secondary school or graduation and the type of university you are selecting.
Monash in Australia, for example, offers scholarships up to AUD10,000 as well.
