While some get great scores in the IELTS writing section; some really cannot make it to standard score. What is the average marking range of the IELTS writing section? Score in the IELTS writing section can range between band-5 to band-8. That includes band-5, band-6, band-7 and band-8 respectively.

So what makes a good writing in IELTS? a)  Take a side of the notion When you start writing for IELTS essays, make sure you stick to your point from start to end.
