"He is cool and adjust overall process as per the needs of the person he is giving training to. My motto was losing that fat which I cannot get rid of. Honestly I have full confidence in his process, but as everyone knows, to achieve the goal, one has to get rid of bad eating habits, which he always asked me to concentrate on. But I couldn't give my 100% which is one of the reason my results are slow. But instead of that, I felt a difference in myself and I felt light. I can guarantee that if I follow what he is asking me to, this fat will be a past tense soon. I will recommend him to anyone who needs personal training for any reason. If you are starting don't hit the gym first do some. Walk or cycling then slowly running once u do that enroll in gym before that make sure u do the above for a month. Once you hit the gym slightly decrease ur Carbs intake from. High to medium along with 35 percent of protein it will help you. Also get used to a sport

You need to eat meat, eggs for getting protein or else to go for a protein powder with brands like on, Musleblaze, Isopure etc. Vegetables or pluses will not help you. Better to eat fish and chicken which is safe rather than red meat Also your genetics plays an important role but don't overdose protein you need 65 %Carbs and 15 % fats along with 25 % protein in our daily diet.
