"I know and had been practising asanas on my own with knowledge gained from internet and friends but experienced a lot of difference under the guidance of a trained teacher. Ritu is so full of life and energy. So motivating and inspiring. Asked. Is about any specific health issues so that she could include therapeutic yoga to benefit each one of us. This is amazing and I work till midnight but feel so energetic to wake up so early. I am very happy every day to be a part of her sessions. "
