Traditional teaching method combined with pinch of modern methods to help student prepare well to do advanced asana. Student will learn the authentic practice of yoga. From basic to advance level. We focus on the health issues and try to help students to control the various diseases due to sedentary lifestyle, food habits and stress. A combined practice of asana, pranayama and meditation for relaxation and food habits helps students to get fit, strong and healthier and overcome most health issues. I have also completed level 1 and level 2 yoga alliance international certification.
Yic certification from svyasa university. And golds fitness trainer certification and pursuing ba in philosophy. We conduct teachers training certification programme accredited to yoga alliance us. (our next teacher training is happening both online and offline, weekends from november) we also conduct regular classes at multiple batches. Open for beginners, intermediate and also for yoga teachers who would like to improve there teaching.
