Now a days, most of the companies are looking for specializations instead of recruiting a person and running the show. Please do specializations in Recruitment/Compensation strategy/Labour laws, etc.

Scared to speak publicly. Low confidence level

Many of the students have the same issue. You need to involve yourself in group tasks and try to expose yourself in talking proactively and keep practicing.
