IdentityI started my teaching career in year 1988 with coaching for high school students. It gave me immense pleasure of positive results, students success rate increasing each passing year. Highlight of my coaching was an outstanding student achieving close to state rank marks in Board exam. Moved on to bigger platform to teach college students in achieving professional excellence and career coaching in moving in right direction in their career. My love for teaching comes from getting satisfaction in assisting my students meeting their objective and purpose of career goal. My role is of Mentoring them for their betterment. Since 1998, I am a Corporate trainer and further with training at Colleges for their campus to corporate transition. I am a certified trainer and Coaching and Career Counselling program. Conducting corporate training on soft skills, behavioral and Sales training for MNC's and reputed companies to Entry to Sr Manager level. My training style is focused on individuals to make them improve their skills learned in training. Coaching model for participants to explore their true potential to succeed in their personal and professional life. For college students: I love to train on G.D., Interview facing skills and Resume Writing and career guidance. Also training them on soft and behavioral skills for their smooth transition to corporate world. Also corporate training for employees on Assertiveness, Time and Stress Management, Goal setting, Business Etiquette, Team Building, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal skills, People skills, Personal Effectiveness. As trainer/coach/Mentor has taught me to have patience, persistent nature to achieve the objectives. So far in my teaching/training career have trained 32,000+ participants across various Metros, cities and towns in India. Technologies used in my training is as follows:
