GMAT is best if you are good at:
a) Problem-solving
b) Quantitative & technical reasoning.
CAT is a test for doing MBA in B schools. Both depend on the commitment, and your essential background as a graduate. What are you? You must define it. If you get a good score, you'll get it. Otherwise, with experience move up the ladder & get a good position in your company or move to others suited to your profile.
