Hi Uday, GMAT is equivalent to CAT exams. It is time bounded and requires practice. After several mock test and at least 80 hours of studies helps in improving the GMAT score. 600+ scores and above is what the student is required to achieve.

With adequate preparation, you can definitely cross 700 in GMAT. A score of more than 700 would open up doors to several of the good schools. There is no reason why you should be even considering a second attempt unless it is after sufficient time has passed before your first attempt.
