I have worked as a Consultant in the area of Curriculum Development in AnB education. In this company my responsibility was to propose design of modules in line with the philosophy of R-square, the flagship product of the company. I have created academic plan for R^2 after conducting deep research to pinpoint their exact requirements and incorporate reviews / feedback proposed by experts of the company. Also my area of work was to create and review of modules based on the proposed / finalized design and many other activities required in the process of curriculum development. I have completed my work as per the set timelines and company's standard. In addition I have worked as Maths Expert in a U.K based education company. My area of responsibility was to deliver Maths lessons to learners in various parts of U.K. I have taken approximately 500+ one-to-one sessions and I have addressed the needs of all kinds of learners helping them achieve academic attainment. In case of SEN learners i.e. Special Educational Needs learners, I have given them special support, more time, chunking down concepts, kinaesthetic method approach, etc. Also I have created and developed contents (Science / Mathematics) for office modules. Presently I am basically working as a Mathematics and Science private tutor in Ghaziabad and Noida area. As a tutor I work one-on-one with students or group of students to teach and guide them through home work assignments and test preparation. I help them create a calendar of deadlines and compile a priority list for assignments. I keep records of student's progress, administer practice tests and assessments and assign them practice work that they have to complete outside of tutoring sessions.
