I have been passionate about teaching since beginning. I have 14 years of experience of teaching in higher classes. Iam working as a PGT Chemistry from last 14 years, also evaluated CBSE Class 12th board examination papers from last 6-7 years, Conducted practicals as an internal and external examiner from last 10 years. I have also attended the certification courses, workshops,trainings etc organised by CBSE in my previous schools. I have proven track record of 14 years successfully boosting achievements and increase average grades in my previous schools.I believe I have the combination of skills and experience necessary to excel in this role. I will be very thankful if I get this opportunity and will try my best to contribute immediately from day one for the welfare of the students as well as the institution. I will try my best to use all the modern methodologies of teaching to make the class more interactive and alive, I will use 3d animations and structures for explaining complicated hybridizations and structures of chemical compounds, flowcharts and diagrammatic representations for chemical reactions,recorded lectures if required, updated notes, regular test and revision with continuous motivation,feedback and recapitulation of the topic to make the content more interesting and long lasting.
