Teaching Experience in detail in UPSC Exams Coaching classes
I have appeared in One UPSC interview and 3 mains exams ( 2 for CSE and 1 for IFoS ). UPSC exam preparation has to be very specific. There is no need to join any coaching as they will only waste your time. UPSC preparation can be done from home with regular guidance. There are too many resources available in market and on youtube but it is important to keep things simple and effective. I have a good command over Polity, Environment and science, Geography , History and CSAT. I can guide you on what not to do along with what to do. I am ready to provide the necessary guidance provided you are ready to work hard. So,if you really want to clear the exam and avoid joining any coaching, you can connect with me. Thank you.

"Thanks a lot sir,CSE 2021 - I will clear it this time. Last year could not clear the prelims as I had only attempted 60 question. I hope this time I can clear the exam. "

I believe you are asking for UPSC 2019. There are several approach to prepare but all of them are linked to one common end - Guidance. You need a good source with constant guidance. So, if somebody in your family or friend circle is preparing for the exam, you can ask them or if you don't have such support then there are two choices.
First, you can join a coaching. Second, surf the internet for 2-3 days, go through some youtube channels and if you like them then start preparing according to them.
Although, I won't prefer youtube as there are so many videos are there, you may get confused. So, try some coaching or if you are lucky to have someone in family or friends then go for it.

It's never too late for anything in life. If your heart tells you to go for something then you must go fo it. Average prepartion time for UPSC is around 1 year with continuous and proper guidence. It may be 2 year if you don't get good guide. But, in any case, you have got plenty of time as the maximum age for UPSC is 32 years. So, don't worry about the age. If you want it , go for it
