"I consulted Dietician Rachel for weight loss.I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning as I am lazy to workout and very fond of eating. Also, I did not believe that online consultations can really work but my husband insisted me to join this program. But from the day 1 when I spoke with her online, she guided me so well, explained to me her approach and then started sending me the diet plans. Her plans and diets were very easy and not monotonous. Every plan was prepared keeping in mind my food choices. Sometimes she also involved me while making those diet charts. I really enjoyed her weight loss program and after i reached the desired weight she suggested me a Weight Maintenance prog in which she guided me on how can I enjoy all foods and still maintain my weight. I now know what to eat and how much to eat and it's almost 1 year that I have not gained weight and maintaining it all by myself. I now recommend her to everyone i meet. Leftover ingredients can be reused in a number of ways like 1) dal/rice or leftover veg can be mixed with dough while kneading and tasty paratha and puris can be made out out them. 2) Leftover Rajma, chole , black chana etc can be dried and mixed with mashed boiled potatoes along with some chickpea... ...more

Leftover ingredients can be reused in a number of ways like

1) dal/rice or leftover veg can be mixed with dough while kneading and tasty paratha and puris can be made out out them.

2) Leftover Rajma, chole , black chana etc can be dried and mixed with mashed boiled potatoes along with some chickpea flour to make cutlets.

3) Leftover mutton /chicken can be shredded and added to rice to prepare fried rice.

4) idlis can be crumbled and prepared with veggies like poha.

Put your hand or finger under running water or in ice to stop bleeding for sometime and apply an antiseptic cream.
