Abhishree what I think is learning doesn't stop no matter what the scenario is. Yes, online tuitions will help you score high because you will get enough focus which would, in return, help you to concentrate more on your studies. It will also raise interest in the subjects you are learning.

If we talk about the four skills in English, namely, reading, writing, speaking and listening, they all can be developed by bringing the language into practice. You can also start watching English movies which I think is an exciting way to enhance the skills further. Speaking English with family and friends would be another way to bring it into your routine.
