To get score as high as 8 + is not impossible at all yet its is challenging. If one is coherent, meticulous and endurant for the preparation then he or she can get this much score. There are few tips that will definitely help you to scale the height -

Start constructing all you sentences in English from now on, even when you are thinking. In case you get stuck look for an answer online:
i. Grammar can not be completely ignored. Do some basic grammar exercises. Correcting those sentences and filling the blanks in would certainly help while speaking.
ii. Try to find a good mentor. A mentor can help you a great deal. You can get regular feedback and also, the time to have practice sessions.
iii. In my answers earlier also I have laid too much stress in watching TV Series. The reason is it does work if do it the right way. Do not focus on the plot so much that you get lost in it. Rather listen in carefully for the impressive phrases and sentences. The way they pronounce words. Try to talk like them.
iv. Whatever you learn during the day keep a note of it or try to remember it. Do not make the same errors again. Be a patient listener.

Scoring CLB 9 in IELTS (L:8,W:7,R:7,S:7) will ensure you a huge boost in your CRS score which will help you get an invitation from Canadian Immigration Department. Some Provincial Nominee Programs and Occupation in Demand programs do not require specific IELTS score.
Express Entry is pretty simple, popular and the fastest program to receive Permanent Residency and most people apply for the same and then there is Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) too.
