I love to dance but I am not flexible what should I do to remind myself to stretch?

Dance is the best option, You will have warm-up sessions and Stretches and dance will help you to learn some moves and lose weight and keep you fit

Make a habit of exercising daily . Slowly you will get a flexible body. Therefore, to remind yourself daily to exercise , do place alarms that would help you out to remember.

See..first throw it from your mind that u r not flexible .. everyone is flexible ...keep in mind ..if u will throw it from your mind then definitely u will do it..Nd next is try basic steps of dance first at home ..but u should follow it daily ...I'm sure u will do it..then tell me the results
