start stretching everyday for 10 to 15 minutes .after that when u are comfortable with stretching routines u should try to increase your level of flexibility and remember dont stretch too much and before strectching warm up is essential.do jumps aND RUNNING BEFORE STRECTH.planks and cobra stretch help... ...more
