If you are short of time you may do suryanamaskar. It includes 7 asanas performed in a cyclic order. Suryanamaskar is a complete workout in itself. You can do it slow to stretch your body, you may do it fast to make it a cardio workout and you may do the different variations to make it more challenging. The 7 asanas of suryanamaskar balance the 7 chakras in our pranic body.
