Hi Yogesh,
you should focus on improving your public speaking skills.
Spoken English is related to speaking with one or two or a few people on a one-to-one , inter personal conversation. Whereas in public speaking, you are the speaker and the rest is the audience. (Ofcourse you should allow the audience by encouraging them to ask questions and paricipate actively.)
please note that the fear of public speaking ( as in a presentation before an audience, speaking from the dais to a crowd etc), is the worlds no 1 fear.
#Initially practice alone, in front of a mirror, or record your speech video and try to correct your mistakes.
#Take the help of good speakers.
#Watch TED x speakers.
# Watch how native speakers speak, watch BBC
# Watch Helen Keller videos. You will be inspired and motivated.
# Watch the speeches of Global leaders
# Grab the opportunity to give small speeches in your neighbour hood or Office

Public speaking is a soft skill and it can be mastered.
