I want to work as  Freelance Soft Skill Trainer,  How should I start it. I need guidence.

A good learner is always a good teacher. Ask for yourself the following questions as self qualifying factors:
1. Have you ever gone to learn any of the subjects in the past?
2. What were the courses, and what was your expectations?
3. Did the teacher/academy provide you with the right structure of the program?
4. Where you assessed by the teacher/academy from time to time?
5. Where you happy with the quality of teaching and the price that you paid as against it?
6. Did you check the relevant experience of the trainer/academy in teaching such courses?
Now understand that any student willing to avail classes with you may have the same set of questions in their mind. If you have answers to all the questions, then you are ready to go.
Also, on the go, it is essential to qualify yourself on the subjects (professional certification) that you teach or planning to teach.

To be a trainer, the 1st prerequisite would be - being extremely passionate, empathetic and unto with others.
Register yourself in an authorized, recognized training institutes for an experimental leaning.
We don't have an exact yardstick to measure the excellency of any niche coach or a trainer.

Anupji, you need to buildup contacts first.you can post your work at linked.in, can make fb page or contact some companies or personality development institute. You can make your oun whatsapp group at which you dp first free workshops. That helps to build contacts then only you move forward. I try my best to guide you.hope it will help you.
