If you are thinking of preparing for CAT or GMAT or going abroad, focus only one thing- either CAT or abroad. For CAT, you have to work hard. Maths plays a vital role, so your basics should be clear. If you are perfect in basics, nothing can prevent you from cracking these exams, and for admission abroaD, you have to learn English and some basic maths or reasoning vocabulary. To clear GRE/GMAT, keep in mind that you have to spend at least 10 to 15 lakhs for admission in any college. If you can afford that, you can give it a try otherwise don't waste your time preparing for GMAT/GRE.

In my opinion, becoming a confident teacher takes time in the classroom. Facing all kinds of challenges, meeting them head-on, learning from your mistakes and learning from students. Stay prepared so that each day, your lesson is of value to the student.
Teaching with confidence comes from knowing your subject and your students. Confidence also comes from other teachers and especially experienced teachers that are willing to share. It is incredible how many ideas I tried, just because someone I trust suggested that it was a good idea or student asked a question that developed into a good life lesson or part of the curriculum.
It is essential to maintain an attitude of being open-minded, especially after teaching for a few years. A willingness to change when needed and to adapt to the student's need appeals to your confidence.
